• Artwork submitted with low resolution or poor image quality.
• Misspelled text, design errors, or incorrect artwork provided by the customer.
• Incorrect print sizes selected by the customer.
• Color variations between digital screens and printed transfers.
• Incorrect quantities or duplicate items ordered.
• Customer placement or application errors after receiving transfers.
